Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - One way or another, there will be a
familiar look to the NCAA Division I Football Championship Game when the
action returns to FC Dallas Stadium in Frisco, Texas, on Jan. 5.
The semifinal schedule has been set for the FCS playoffs.
Defending national champion North Dakota State (12-1), the top seed, will try
to return to Frisco when it hosts fifth-seeded Georgia Southern (10-3) at 8
p.m. ET Friday in a nationally televised semifinal on ESPN2.
The other national semifinal is set for 4 p.m. ET Saturday on ESPNU, and
second-seeded Eastern Washington (11-2), the 2010 FCS champion, will host
unseeded Sam Houston State (10-3), last season's national runner-up.
The championship game will be played in Frisco for the third straight season.
