Peach County Putting Last Season Behind Them

Peach Co. Puts Last Season Behind them

The Peach County Trojans will kick off the 2017 season in two weeks, and they are looking to defend their 3-A Region Four title this year.

The Trojans are coming off a 9-1 regular season which included an undefeated record in region play. Peach County then carried that success deep into the playoffs making it all the way to the semifinal game. Now the Trojans are trying to get back to the state semifinals, and they are not thinking at all about last season.

"Last year is last year, nobody has really talked about last year, this is another year. We are not going to focus our attention on what happened at the end of last year, it's a new team and a new year," Peach County football head coach Chad Campbell said.

This Friday,  Peach County has a scrimmage against Northside and they will open the regular season against Houston County on August 25th.
