Where will 13WMAZ be for Week 9 of Football Friday Night?

Week 8: Stratford vs. Twiggs

CENTRAL GEORGIA - Week 8 saw two of Central Georgia's top teams go down, with Houston Co. losing against Lee Co. and Northside losing to Valdosta, and some schools, like Twiggs Co. with their win over Stratford and Tattnall with their decisive win over Mt. De Sales, made statements that central Georgia teams are ready for the postseason.

With that in mind, the FFN crew cannot wait to get out and about around central Georgia and check out this week's top high school matchups!

This week we will be starting out Friday evening live in Macon at FPD for #Tailgate13, which will air on Eyewitness News at 5 and 6 p.m. on 13WMAZ. The Vikings will then host their rivals, the Eagles from Stratford Academy at 7:30 p.m.

Once #Tailgate13 ends, the FFN team will hit the roads and check out central Georgia's best football. Here's where you will be able to find our reporters:

  • Lee Co. at Northside
  • Taylor Co. at Hawkinsville
  • Peach Co. at Rutland
  • Stratford at FPD
  • Twiggs Co. at Tattnall Square

And as always, we will also be keeping our eyes on the rest of the central Georgia teams taking the field on Friday night.

You can catch the highlights of all 10 games the FFN team attend on Football Friday Night at 11:35 p.m. on 13WMAZ!
