Triple Chocolate- Chocolate Chip Cookies
16 oz all purpose flour
½ t baking soda
8 oz butter, room temp
4 oz Sugar
8 oz packed light brown sugar
12 oz Chocolate Chips - milk choc, semi sweet, white
Method: In a small bowl, whisk together flour and soda, set aside. In Electric mixer bowl with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and both sugars. Beat until light and fluffy, on medium speed. Lower speed to add salt, flavoring and eggs, mix well for about 1 minute. Add the flour mix, stirring well and combining. Add the chocolate chips. Make a log of the dough, cut cookie dough into 1 in pieces, place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.. place cookies at least 2 inches apart.. Bake fro 8-10 minutes @ 350 degrees

Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower 'Wings'
1 cup almond milk
1 cup flour (any kind will work—even gluten-free!)
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 head of cauliflower, chopped into pieces
1 cup buffalo or hot sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Mix the milk, flour, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir until well combined. Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake for 18 minutes. While the cauliflower is baking, combine your buffalo sauce and olive oil or margarine in a small bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the baked cauliflower and continuebaking for an additional 5 to 8 minutes.
