Steve Thompson shows you how to make grilled Pineapple



1 Fresh pineapple cut into slices (about 1/2 inch thick)

1 Can coconut milk

1/2 Cup sugar

1/2 Cup cinnamon

Vanilla ice cream

Ground pecans (optional)

Chocolate syrup

Kahlua (optional)

Put pineapple slices into coconut milk approx. 30-45 seconds

Remove and place on rack

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

Place on clean grill ( 3 minutes per side)

Remove and place on plate

Mix chocolate syrup and small amount of Kahlua and pour over ice cream

Sprinkle pecans
