ASandersvillewoman was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct for alleged cyberbullying on Facebook.

According to a Washington County Magistrate Judge, deputies with thesheriff's office first arrested 38-year-old Sonya Lee Durden in early September for the alleged posts.

Judge Ralph Todd said Durden had gotten into arguments with two other women via Facebook.

He said she wrote posts that authorities considered "violent" concerning their special-needs children.

Todd said Durden was originally released on a bond that wascontingent on staying off Facebook.

However, an investigator noted she posted on the site again andwas arrested a second time last Thursday, Sept. 26, he said.

The judge called theposts "cyber bullying."

On Monday, for a second time, Durden was releasedwith instructions to refrain from visiting Facebook, the judge said.
