Two armed men "jumped out of the bushes" and robbed a pedestrian walking to the Citgo station on Eisenhower Pkwy, the police say.

The victim told police that, around 9:40 p.m. Friday, the two men drew their gun and struck him on the forehead with one of the pistols. They took his wallet, cell phone and iPod.

He said both robbers were dressed in all black. One wore a ski mask and stood about 5'10" tall and weighs about 180 lbs. The other was about 6'1" tall.

Both were last seen running towards Murphey Homes, locally known as "Alphabet City."
