Pork Cutlets

Per cutlet

Two tablespoons of all-purpose flour

half teaspoon of seasoning salt

half teaspoon of black pepper

egg wash (egg white and 1 tsp of water)

bread crumbs

Dip cutlet in flour, then egg wash, and finally into bread crumbs

Spray the cutlet with a little cooking spray.

Use a low amount of oil in a frying pan.

Fry cutlet on medium heat.
