ABleckley County man said a sinkhole that swallowed a pond on his property is now big enough to put a whole house in.

Oliver Hodge says the hole showed up in early March, but eventually, filled back up with water.

Now, not only is the water drained, but the hole is "much, muchlarger."

Hodge estimates it measures about 90 feet across and could be as deep as 50 feet.

It's also threatening his son's home, which is on the same tract of land. He says the family is considering moving the house to safety.

Hodge said he's also noticed a change in the color of his well water, which he said looks like milk.

He said he called a county inspector to test it and ensure it's safe for drinking.
