5 medium onions, sliced thinly

1/2 cup butter

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup grated cheddar

1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

4 tablespoons half and half

1 teaspoon Nature's Seasoning

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Saute the onions in butter. Cook until limp, butnot brown. Place half of the onions in a round 1.5 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with half of the parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, crackers, and Nature's Seasoning. Add remaining onions and repeat layers, ending with the crackers. Pour half and half over the top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve warm.
