Central Fellowship Christian Academy's graduation ceremony saw more than the traditional pomp Friday night in Macon.

Air Force Maj. Jason Moll has been serving in Afghanistan and hadn't been home in a year. He was determined not to miss his children's graduation night.

So with the help of a friend, who's also his children's teacher, he hatched a plan to surprise his children.

He came into town a day early, and stayed with English teacher Brandon Daily to keep his surprise under wraps.

And when salutatorian Shelby and honor graduate Taylor crossed the stage, their father wasat the other end.

There was even a surprise for wife Jody, who had no idea her husband's service in Afghanistan had ended for good, bringing him back to the family.
