An unsuccessful armed robbery landed four young men in jail Thursday, Warner Robins police say.

According to a news release, Warner Robins police officers responded to a 24-hour laundromat on N. Highway 41, shortly before 5 a.m.

A woman told police she was at her car in the parking lot when a male walked up to her with a gun. She got her own gun from the glove compartment and pointed it at the man, who ran off and jumped into a car with three other males inside.

He fired his gun as they drove away.

Houston County deputies caught up with the car near Arrie Drive in Byron and arrested two young men.

A short time later, Peach County sheriff's deputies arrested the other two young men innearby Georgian Walk subdivision.

The gun and the getaway car involved were both reported stolen from Bibb County.

Arrested were:

18 year old Jahquan Eubanks - charged with two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, criminal attempt to commit armed robbery, possession of a firearm during a crime, aggravated assault and obstruction of an officer.

17 year old Eugene Fuller - charged with two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana and obstruction of an officer.

16 year old male juvenile - charged with two counts of theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction of an officer.

14 year old male juvenile - charged with two counts of theft by receiving stolen property and obstruction of an officer.
