Macon Police have arrested a man on a charge of aggravated assault in northeast Macon.

According to a news release, they responded to a call about terroristic threats on Upper River Road at Clinton Road, near Gray Highway.

The release said officers met with the victim. He told them the driver of agreen Ford Expedition shot at him and thathe pulled out his own gun and shot back, hitting the SUV.

Officers later arrested 34-year-old Truvon Sharay Humphrey at his home on an aggravated assault charge.

He remains in jail at the Bibb LEC, the press release says.
