Gary Franklin,

GRIFFIN, Ga. -- An early morning wreck involving two tractor trailers closed northbound I-75 lanes just north of Highway 16, exit 205.

As of 7:45 a.m., one left lane of the highway has reopened, according to Georgia State Patrol. There was no immediate word on when the rest of the road would reopen.

The wreck, which also involved a truck fire, happened just after 3 a.m.

Georgia Department of Public Safety spokesman Gordy Wright said one tractor trailer changed lanes and was hit from behind by the other tractor trailer.

A person on one of the trucks complained of neck and back pain after the wreck. The severity of that person's injuries is not known.
