Drivers take to roads despite weather
Some drivers in Macon aren't letting snow get in their way. Even though most people are staying indoors because of the weather, others hit the roads.
Some say they had to head out for work, others said they had to go to the store for essential groceries. Salt, food, and pet supplies were some of the most popular things people had to pick up.
Chuck Harvey was grabbing food Wednesday, but says he would never think about doing his usual job of truck driving on a day like today.
"My boss is mad at me right now because I told him I wouldn't be there until tomorrow," he said, "I got two million miles under me, and I'm not gonna have an accident."
