Three suspects entered guilty pleas in Bibb County court in the October 2012 killing of Gail Spencer, a Macon legal secretary.

Tracy Michelle Jones and Michael Brett Kelly were sentenced to life without the possibility of parole and Courtney Nicole Kelly was sentenced to life with the possibility of parole. Keith Anthony Dozier would not accept a plea deal and is expected to go to trial.

Last May, Cooke said he would seek the death penalty against Jones. At that time, co-defendant Michael Brett Kelly said he would plead guilty and agreed to take life without parole and testify against the other three.
