The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is still looking for three people who allegedly shoplifted a $20,000 fur coat from a downtown Macon store in December.
According to a news release, it happened Dec. 30 at the Barnes Fur store on 807 Cherry St.
The trio, one man and two women, reportedly posed as shoppers and tried on several fur coats.
Store owners discovered the mahogany fur coat missing several days later.
Surveillance video shows that the man placed the fur coat under his trench coat, and then the three left the store quickly.
They were seen leaving the store in a black Mercedes-Benz, possibly a 1990's "S class" series,with a Houston County plate.
The sheriff's department on Tuesday released photos and descriptionsof the three.
Suspect 1: Man, 55 to 70, He is about 5-foot-8 to 6-foot-2, 150 to 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray trench coat, brown cap, gray pants and black tennis shoes. He walked with a cane at the time of the theft.
Suspect 2: Woman, 50 to 60, 5-foot-8 or 5-foot-9, unknown weight. She was last seen wearing a black coat with a silver/ gray fur collar and was also wearing a black and white chevron-patterned jacket and a black dress. She had a short hairstyle and she wore glasses.
Suspect 3: Woman, 30 to 40, unknown weight. She was last seen wearing a black leather and cloth coat. She was also wearing a pink shirt and blue jeans wore a gold sequin hat. She also had long hair.
