Deputies found $200,000 in methamphetamine inside a car when they arrested two Atlanta-area men, according to a news release.
The Bibb County Sheriff's Office says it happened around 9:20 p.m. at the Riverside Drive exit on Interstate 75.
They say the two men regularly brought large amounts of methamphetamine to Central Georgia.
They say the traffic stop came after an investigation with the Jones County Sheriff's Office.
They arrested Antonio Narvaez, 29, of Marietta, and Francisco Javier Gallardo-Vasquez, 29, of Mableton.
Both men are being held in the Bibb County jail, without bond, charged with drug trafficking.
According to a news release, deputies found 2068.5 grams in their Jeep Cherokee -- about 4.5 pounds -- worth around $200,000.
