TRUCKEE, CA-- Before playing one hole for the Clemson Tigers, Ashlan Ramsey continues to finishes near the top of amateur tournaments.

Ramsey shot a 74 on Friday to finish second at the Trans American Women's Amateur. Ramsey went into the tournament having won her last three.

The Milledgeville native finished with a 288 for the 72-hole tournament. Hannah Suh of the University of California won by a stroke.

Ramsey has already qualified for the U.S. Amateur in Charleston in August.
