Blair Myers, a real estate agent with EXIT Success Realty in Warner Robins, described his experience showing homes to the Thompson family as "part fascination, part mortified."
Myers showed the family, stars of TLC's "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" TV show, several homes in central Georgia as they ponder a move from McIntyer.
The episode will air at 9:30 p.m., Jan 30.
Myers said he's never watched the show and friends cautioned him before he signed on with the network to show the family homes.
"They said, 'do you know what you're getting into? Do you know what you're up against?'" Myers said of his friends' warnings.
He understood why they warned him after he showed the family the first house.
"They went through the refrigerator and the pantry," Myers told 13WMAZ on Friday. "They were very loud."
Myers said the homeowner left cookies out for the family, but they didn't exactly eat them.
"They attacked them," he said adding that family members also went into the refrigerator and drank from beverage containers and put them back.
Myers said he was glad he brought a trash bag so he could clean up after the visit. "They made a mess," he said. "I didn't want my reputation to be harmed by their antics. I wouldn't want a Coke that was drank out of and put back in the fridge because that's gross."
However, Myers said after spending time with the family, he became fond of them.
"They are kind people ... a very affectionate family. I was impressed," he said. "The unconditional love, acceptance and support they so easily share with each other is palpable in their family. By the end of my time with them, I had grown to greatly respect their family.
Myers was selected by the show's producers after interviewing several local real estate agents, the news release states.
