FAYETTEVILLE, Ga -- Maurice Smith, 32, of Jonesboro was arrested by Fayetteville Police Wednesday for Peeping Tom and Unlawful Surveillance. Now, police want female shoppers to know what Smith is accused of doing so they don't become victims.
