Warner Robins Christmas parade brings fun and festivity to Watson Boulevard

The 64th annual Warner Robins Christmas parade kicked off on Saturday morning.

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — The 64th annual Warner Robins Christmas parade kicked off on Saturday morning, with lots of fun and festive floats.

13WMAZ's morning anchors  Wanya Reese and Katelyn Heck hosted coverage of the parade, and you can watch it here on the 13WMAZ YouTube page.

Over 80 different businesses were involved in the parade this year, and had floats and cars all the way down Watson Boulevard.

The parade began at Commercial Circle and continued west, passing EZ Jewelry & Pawn, and ended at the Houston Health Pavilion.

The parade's grand marshals Vernard Hodges and Terrence Ferguson of Critter Fixer Veterinary Hospitals were seen riding in a red sleigh atop their float.

The parade also featured Miss Warner Robins High School, several school bands and dance groups and, of course, Santa Claus!

Santa had a special seat toward the end of the parade on the Warner Robins Fire Department truck.

In the spirit of Christmas, the City of Warner Robins is also collecting donations for West Central Georgia Regional Hospital in Columbus.

Donations can be dropped off at City Hall, located at 700 Watson Boulevard. They can also be dropped off at the Warner Robins Fire Department located on North Pleasant Hill Road.

They plan to pack the items in a Warner Robins fire truck and deliver them to Columbus, Georgia, on December 6.
