MACON, Ga. — Brandon Johnson joined the 13WMAZ team in August 2022 as a Visual Storyteller.
He graduated from Middle Georgia State University in July 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in New Media and Communication.
During his time at Middle Georgia, he was able to participate in multiple internships, including time with the Macon Bacon baseball team, Mercer’s ESPN broadcast crew for basketball and soccer events, and the Macon Mayhem hockey team. His various roles included camera operator, photographer, and videographer.
Born and raised in Macon, Georgia, Brandon grew up watching 13WMAZ and is looking forward to continuing his growth in the media/journalism field as Visual Storyteller for 13WMAZ and the Central Georgia community.
