MACON, Ga. — The 2022 Macon Burger Week winner was announced Tuesday after and they handed out multiple awards including the People Choice Award Winner.
The Library Taphouse & Kitchen took home the People's Choice Award for their Berenstain Bear Burger with more than 1,400 votes.
Macon Beer Company, who came into the week as the two-time defending champion, was unable to retain its title but didn't go home empty handed. They took home the award for most beef sales with more than 1,200 pounds with a total of 2,421 Mississippi Mouthful burgers sold.
Yollah took home the final award of the week with the Cleverly Created Award. This one was judged by various beef producers from around the state. The Hot Mamma burger was deemed the most creative and unique entry.

- Grey Goose Players Club's The Goose Green Jacket
- Kinjo Kitchen + Cocktails' Beef and Broccoli Smash
More than 25 restaurants participated in Macon Burger Week.
