A Milledgeville teen accused of shooting and killing a man Monday night has turned himself in.
The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office says that 18-year old Monterius Terrell Grable was arrested around 11 a.m. Tuesday.
Grable is charged with aggravated assault and murder in the death of 25-year-old Ladarrius Cummings.
They say it happened at the Milledgeville Manor apartments on Edwards Street.
According to Cpt. Brad King, the pair fought outside of apartment building B -- possibly over stolen items from Cummings' home.
Neither Grable nor Cummings live at the Milledgeville Manor Apartments, but King says incidents involving gunfire are common in that neighborhood.
