Two men shot at Macon convenience store

It was reported the two men were standing outside the store when someone fired shots at them.

MACON, Ga. — The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after two men were shot at a Macon convenience store early Saturday morning. 

According to a release from the sheriff's office, two men were standing outside the Quick Serve convenience store on 1106 Rocky Creek Road when someone started shooting at them. 

It happened just after 1 a.m.

A 41-year-old and 18-year-old were both struck once and taken to the Medical Center, Navicent Health by ambulance.

They are listed in stable condition, and no one else was injured.

The sheriff's office says there is no information on a suspect at this time.

This incident is still under investigation. Anyone with information about the case can call the sheriff’s office at 478-751-7500.
