Johnson County Schools shifts to virtual classes on Friday, citing staffing shortage due to COVID-19

The district says the change is a necessary step in keeping students and staff safe.

JOHNSON COUNTY, Ga. — Johnson County Schools announced Wednesday that students will shift to virtual learning this Friday.

According to a post on the district's Facebook page, the shift comes after a staff shortage due to COVID-19 concerns and the district says the change is a necessary step in keeping students and staff safe.
