Twila Scott is an office support staff employee at the Gray Elementary School, according to the school's web site.

According to the incident report, the alleged assault happened early on Saturday, March 26.

It says the victim and a famale friend were at Amici in downtown Milledgeville, where Layla Scott threw a beer in the friend's face.

The couple left the bar, the report says, but Layla and Twila Scott followed them to a dorm, Adams Hall.

The Scotts parked outside "and called his phone for roughly 45 minutes" until the man came out to speak to them, according to the report.

The victim says he was "calmly talking" to Twila Scott "when she hit him in the neck several times and ripped his shirt," the report says.

Layla Scott allegedly ripped the screen off a window at Adams Hall and beat on the window, according to the report.

The two Scotts were arrested later that day, the report says.
