Author of the Southern Bits & Bites Series, Suzanne Johnson, joined us in the 13WMAZ studio to make peanut butter fudge pie.
Ingredients
1 box of Nutter Butter cookies
8 oz of cream cheese
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 containers of whipped topping
1, 12-oz jar of hot fudge
Instructions
- Place cookies in a resealable bag and pound with a rolling pin to form crumbles
- Mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and whipped topping with a hand mixer
- In a 4-oz. mason jar, place 2 Tbsp crumbled cookies in the bottom, then layer with 1 Tbsp hot fudge, 3 Tbsp peanut butter filling, 3 Tbsp whipped topping and finish with fudge and crumbled cookies
- If you are using bigger jars, simply enlarge the layers or repeat them
