Forsyth man arrested after drug bust at home

Investigators say they found meth, ecstasy and crack at the house

FORSYTH, Ga. — A Forsyth man is in jail after an early morning drug bust at his home on Friday.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, they executed a narcotics search warrant around 5:30 a.m. at a home on Stroud Street in Forsyth.

Inside the home, they found several different types of drugs and drug paraphernalia. 41-year-old David Brantley was then arrested.

He will be charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Trafficking MDA or Ecstasy, Distribution of Crack Cocaine, Distribution of Prescription Pills, Tampering of Evidence, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Two existing Warrants.
