Forsyth woman charged with selling meth in front of 2-year-old grandchild

FORSYTH, Ga. — A Monroe County woman is in jail after deputies executed a search warrant at her home on Wednesday.

According to a news release, it happened around 7 p.m. at a home on Langston Avenue.

During their search of the home, deputies found guns, meth, marijuana, scales, and several pipes used for smoking meth and marijuana.

59-year-old Lisa Smith aka Lisa Taylor was arrested and charged with distribution of meth and marijuana, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, and reckless conduct (child endangerment) since her 2-year-old grandchild was inside the home.
