Four members of Dublin street gang indicted on 37 counts

The four men are charged with an October shooting, as well as violating laws against street gangs

WRIGHTSVILLE, Ga. — Four members of the Dublin street gang MPL (Money, Power, Loyalty) were indicted on a total of 37 counts by a Johnson County grand jury Wednesday.

According to the indictments filed in Johnson Superior Court, the four men were identified as Quintez Mercer, Jacorey Mercer, Jarquavious Stanley and Daylon Vickers.

The charges were the result of an investigation by Wrightsville Police and Dublin Police – both members of the Dublin District Attorney’s Gang Task Force.

Each man is charged with five counts of aggravated assault stemming from an incident on October 3.

The remaining charges are for crimes related to the aggravated assault, which include possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, theft by taking, theft by receiving, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act.

Quintez Mercer has an additional charge for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
