A man was shot multiple times during a argument Wednesday in downtown Macon.
Glenwood Lamar was shot on the 1000 block of Ash Street, a few blocks away from Mercer University's campus, according to a Bibb County Sheriff's Office news release.
James Watson, 18, turned himself in after midnight Thursday after having fled the scene. He's charged with aggravated assault.
Lamar is listed in stable condition at the hospital.
