Six arrested on drug charges in Monroe County

The sheriff's office says charges range from possession of meth and marijuana to obstruction.

JACKSON, Ga. — Monroe County deputies arrested six people on drug charges Saturday night.

A Facebook post from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office says around 9:15 p.m., deputies carried out a search warrant at a home on Virginia Lee Boulevard in Jackson.

The post says six people -- one woman and five men in their late 20s to early 40s -- were arrested as a result:

  • 29-year-old Johnny Anderson
  • 33-year-old Jody Paull
  • 37-year-old Roman Zajicek
  • 39-year-old Arlin Bridges
  • 41-year-old John Mitchell
  • 37-year-old Jasper Adams

Charges range from possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug-related objects, possession of marijuana, less than an ounce, obstruction, and other citations, the post says.
