UPDATE: Macon man charged with gas station shooting that injured 3

The shooting left one woman in critical condition

A Macon man has been arrested and charged with a shooting that left three people injured early Sunday.

According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, an argument began at the Overtyme Bar & Grill on Pio Nono Avenue and moved to the Sunoco gas station nearby.

During the argument, three people were shot – Ismael McKinstry, 27, Jodeci Jones,26, and Katlyn Wiley, 21.

Deputies detained James McKay Jr. at the scene and he was questioned before being taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

McKinstry was treated and released from the hospital, while Jones and Wiley are listed in stable condition.
