7:45 a.m.: One lane has reopened, but the left lane is still blocked.
GDOT says the clear time has been pushed back to 9 a.m.

Just before 7 a.m., GDOT reported all lanes were blocked on I-16 in Twiggs County near mile post 24, due to a vehicle fire.

Avoid the area. Expected clear time is 8:30 a.m.
