A man is in stable condition and another is behind bars after a shooting outside Terminal Station in downtown Macon on Monday morning.

According to the Bibb Sheriff's Office, they responded to a person shot call around 7:30 a.m. 

When they arrived, they found 32-year-old Harold Waters with a gunshot wound.

Investigators say 22-year-old Jalen Brown turned himself in for the shooting and he's now charged with theft by receiving, possession of a stolen gun and aggravated assault.

A passing vehicle was also hit twice by bullets during the shooting.

He's currently being held on a $31,750 bond.
