MARION COUNTY, Fla. — A Florida man suspected of setting his ex-wife's home on fire led deputies on a chase in a vehicle painted to look like the General Lee from "The Dukes of Hazzard," officials said.

According to WKMG, Marion County officials say Oswald Pereira, 44, set fire to the home on Tuesday after an argument.

He then got into the Dodge Charger painted to look like the car from the TV series and led a chase into Levy County, then back to Marion County and once again into Levy. He ditched the car and got into a GMC Yukon.

Authorities were able to use a PIT maneuver to stop him.

Officials said Pereira had burns on more than 15 percent of his body. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.

He will face charges of arson, fleeing and attempting to elude law enforcement, resisting without violence and three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
