The Bacon lost their 2nd straight game when they traveled to Forest City and lost 5-4. The Bacon are now 2-2 on the year. Macon trailed after the first, but scored a couple of runs in the 2nd to take the lead. The Owls responded by plating two runs of their own to take a 3-2 lead. The Bacon would tie the game up in the 4th, but give up a run in the 8th and could not score again.
Up next the Bacon travel to Savannah to take on the Bananas for the third game of the Food Fight series.
