New Dublin VA director discusses solutions to improve the center
New director for the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center David Whitmer says his success at a VA hospital in Oregon is giving him the motivation to turn the Dublin VA around. He says a new federal law, the Mission Act, is going to improve health care.
