Here are the winners of Central Georgia's run-off elections

Results are streaming in for races in Fort Valley, Forsyth and Washington County. Here's who won in Central Georgia's run-off elections.

Coming off a round of local elections in Central Georgia on Nov. 7, as is often the case in Georgia politics, many candidates did not reach the 50% threshold to avoid a run-off election. 

So on Tuesday, voters in some Central Georgia areas went to the polls to select between the top two vote-getters from the first round of voting.

From city councils to a mayoral election in the small town of Davisboro, here are the results from Central Georgia's Tuesday run-offs. 

Fort Valley: 

A few city council races in Fort Valley went to a run-off on Tuesday.

In the second round, voters went to the polls for the city's east ward, west ward and the city-wide seat. 

East Ward:

Sandra Marshall:  70% (198)

Lonzo Allen: 30% (85)

West Ward:

Henry Howard: 55% (175) 

Marcus Agostino: 45% (145)

City-wide seat: 

Larhonda Eason: 58% (359)

Scott Morrill:  41% (254)

Forsyth:

Only a single contest went to a run-off in Forsyth: city council post 3.

Now, after the elimination of Daren Latch, Lois Allen and Rosemary Walker advanced to the run-off and faced the voters again to finalize the next city council of the City of Forsyth.

Forsyth City Council Post 3:

Lois Allen: 60% (232)

Rosemary Walker: 40% (156)

Davisboro: 

The mayoral election went to a run-off in the town of Davisboro in Washington County. 

In the town of just over 1,800, 157 people voted in the first round, and in the second, 149 vote cast their ballots. Here's who will serve as the next mayor of Davisbororo

Randall McNeely:  34%(51)

Valerie Gail Brown: 66% (98)
