Police looking for man and two injured after shooting in Montezuma

Officers are looking for 22-year-old Ricky Weaver.

MONTEZUMA, Ga. — Two people are injured after a shooting in Montezuma on Sunday, according to a Facebook post from the Montezuma Police Department.

They say officers responded to the 601 McKenzie Trailer Park Lot 27 about a shooting around 12:14 a.m. on Sunday. 

Two people were found injured and taken to a Macon hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. 

Officers are looking for 22-year-old Ricky Weaver. 

The post says officers have identified Weaver's car through the Flock Camera System. 

They are looking for a white Chrysler 300 with a Georgia tag number SCV4970. 

Weaver is wanted by the Americus Probation Office in Americus, Georgia and pending aggravated assault,  child abuse and weapon charges are pending by the Montezuma Police Department. 

If you see Weaver, they ask you to please notify your local E911 Center.
