Deposition documents released during Casey Anthony's bankruptcy case reveal shocking details about Caylee Anthony's murder case and her relationship with her lead defense attorney Jose Baez.
During the deposition of private investigator Dominic Casey -- who was hired to work with Casey Anthony's defense team about two weeks after her arrest -- he made a number of claims including, "[On] Saturday, July 26, 2008, [attorney Jose] Baez had told me that Casey had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere and, he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did," one affidavit reads.
In the second affidavit, Casey said that he personally heard Anthony tell Baez and her other attorneys "to make false statements about George, Cindy, Lee Anthony, Roy Kronk and portray them as being responsible for the murder of Caylee Marie Anthony."
Casey said "there was no doubt that she had psychological issues" but that Baez refused to have her evaluated by a professional.
Some other claims included that Anthony signed over to Baez all of her and Caylee's intellectual property rights so that he could hawk whatever photos, videos, and other items she gave him, and that a money launderer for Mexican drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman put up hundreds of thousands of dollars for Anthony's defense.
He even says after Baez canceled a scheduled network TV appearance he overheard Baez say to Anthony, "You now owe me 3 blow jobs."
About two weeks later, Casey said the misconduct between Anthony and Baez had escalated and he "once again" saw Anthony running naked from Baez's private office. When Casey said he told her she needed to stop, she said, "she had to do what Jose said because she had no money for her defense."
He said he quit working for Baez a few days later.
