MACON, Ga. — Drivers headed south on Interstate 75 to the I-16E interchange should find an alternate route.
Penny Brooks with the Georgia Department of Transportation says a tractor trailer’s fuel tank ruptured, spilling it all over the interstate.
She says it will take around three hours to clean up, for an estimated clear time of 5:30-6 p.m.
If you need help finding an alternate route, call 511 or use the app.
