Forest B. Johnson egg hunt kicks off at the Marriott Convention center in Macon

There were bounce houses, food trucks, video games, live music, and more.

MACON, Ga. — Folks in Macon got into the Easter spirit on Saturday at the Forrest B. Johnson egg hunt.

In addition to filling up baskets, folks could also grab food from several food trucks, listen to live music, and more.

There were lots of indoor and outdoor activities, like bounce houses, games, interactive booths, and more.

There were also several gaming trucks where kids could play 2K Basketball, Mario cart, and lots more. 

It was the 40th annual event, and was started by Eric Quick's father. Forrest B. Johnson helped fund the event, and last year had about 2,000-3,000 attendees.

The event lasted until 3 p.m. on Saturday.
