Bridget Harvey is a fourth grade teacher at Shirley Hills Elementary School in Houston County.
Harvey has taught for 22 years, 16 of those at Shirley Hills.
She says her favorite subject to teach is math and that her students bring out the best in her.
Student Jade Walker wrote in to say Mrs. Harvey likes to mix it up with different activities.
"First, my teacher is so fun, she lets us partner read almost everyday. Another thing, she let's us sometimes play 'Around the World,' Walker said. "'Around the World' is a game where you hold up flashcards, and you have a partner, and if you get one right, you have to make it back to your seat."
