#Scene13: Byron woman takes her gift-wrapping skills on national competition show

She is a United States Air Force veteran who lives in Byron.

BYRON, Ga. — Suzanna Holloway lives in Byron and is a United States Air Force veteran. Now, she's the owner of her own gift-wrapping company, 'Wrapsody.'

"It's not about just disclosing the gift or the contents of it, but it's about creating the story of what's to come once the gift is unveiled," explained Holloway.

An ad on the social media platform Instagram led Holloway to apply for 'QVC's Ultimate Gift Wrapping Challenge.' She had to submit an audition video and was identified as one of the best gift wrappers to apply.

"We had to wrap everything from vacuum cleaners to bikes, to children's' toys without a box," says Holloway.

Holloway filmed in Pennsylvania. The contestants faced timed challenges and faced the risk of being dumped from the competition.

"Just the pressure of knowing is it going to me or if it's going to him or her, that was pretty intense," says Holloway.

All the episodes are out now on QVCplus.com and the app.
