GBI investigating a shooting death in Forsyth

This is a developing story.

FORSYTH, Ga. — One person is dead after a shooting in Forsyth, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge Mary Chandler.

The Forsyth Police Department was the first to arrive on the scene. They called the GBI in for additional assistance. It happened on Pinkney Circle. 

So far no arrests have been made and no other details have been released on what happened. 

This is a developing story. 13WMAZ will provide additional information once it is made available.
