Victim dies in Eisenhower Parkway shooting, suspects charged with murder, sheriff's office says

Travis Arnes Warren and Andre Willis III had new charges added after the victim died at the hospital.

MACON, Ga. — New charges were added in the case against two men accused of robbing a store on Eisenhower Parkway and shooting a man.

The two men — Travis Arnes Warren and Andrew Willis III — were arrested in connection to the shooting. They were originally charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault, but on Friday, investigators charged both men with murder.

The victim, 57-year-old Randall Perchelli, died after fighting for his life at Atrium Health Navicent, Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones told the sheriff's office.

The shooting happened at a store located at 1090 Eisenhower Parkway Unit A on April 8. The release says one masked man entered the store while another held the automatic locked door open before running away.

They say the armed man took cash from the store and ran south on Pine Avenue.

Warren was arrested before 3 p.m. on Tuesday and Willis was arrested just before 10 p.m. Willis was arrested on Eisenhower Parkway and Warren was arrested at Ell Street, the sheriff's office said.
