Wreck stalls traffic at Houston-Bibb County line

Georgia State Patrol is working the wreck. No word on when the area will be clear.

HOUSTON COUNTY, Ga. — Traffic on 247 Southbound is backed up after a wreck at the Houston-Bibb County line.

According to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, two vehicles collided Tuesday evening. Both vehicles were carrying trailers. 

Houston County Fire Chief Chris Stoner says there are no serious injuries in the accident.

Houston County Sheriff’s Office says the Georgia State Patrol is working the wreck.
